Adidas Golf Shoes 2026: Three Refreshed Styles Worth Knowing

Adidas enters 2026 with a clear footwear strategy: expand the mid-range, bring back a name that earned serious loyalty the first time around, and give the everday golfer genuine performance technology without the tour-grade price tag. The MC70, Adipower 26, and updated S2G are three very different shoes aimed at three very different golfers – here’s what each one brings to the table.

Adidas MC70 Golf Shoe – $150

The MC70 is the most interesting of the three. Adidas has been building its case for the classic golf shoe aesthetic since the MC80 landed in 2024, and the MC70 is the more accessible version of that argument – $150 for a full-grain leather upper, waterproof construction, and a dual-foam midsole combining LightStrike cushioning with a Boost heel insert for energy return.

The Torsion bar in the midfoot adds rotational stability through the swing, and the cast polyurethane outsole provides a premium translucent finish alongside reliable durability. Two colorways on the US site – Cloud White/Silver Metallic and Core Black/Core Black – keep it clean and classic. Replaceable spikes allow you to customize traction to suit conditions.

Early reviews on the US site are strong, with comfort particularly highlighted. It’s a shoe for golfers who want the MC80 aesthetic at a more accessible price point, and it delivers.

Adidas Adipower 26 – $140

The Adipower name hasn’t been used since 2019 and its return is well timed. At $140 for the spiked version, it sits below the MC70 and targets golfers who want an athletic silhouette with performance credentials rather than a heritage-inspired look.

The headline technology is the Repetitor midsole – a lighter, less dense EVA compound new to the Adipower line that prioritizes energy return and comfort over a full round. Geofit heel pods add targeted cushioning and a more personalized heel fit, and the leather upper carries a one-year waterproof warranty backed by a 90-day comfort guarantee. Thinteck cleats and a TPU saddle round out a well-specified package at the price.

Two colorways on the US site: Dash Grey/Iron Metallic/Lucid Ray Blue and Core Black/Cloud White/Lucid Red. Spikeless SL and BOA versions are also available for men, with women’s spikeless options in the range too.

Adidas S2G – Accessible Entry Point

The S2G has been one of Adidas’s most quietly successful golf shoes since it debuted in 2024 – a sneaker-adjacent spikeless design that sits comfortably under the $100 mark and pulls in golfers who want course-ready performance without a traditional golf shoe aesthetic. The 2026 update refines rather than reinvents, with updated colorways and the same approachable silhouette that made the original a strong seller.

It’s the entry point to the Adidas golf shoe range and a natural stepping stone for newer golfers or those who play predominantly on firm, dry courses where spikeless traction is sufficient.

What the 2026 Adidas Golf Shoe Range Tells Us

Three shoes at three price points, covering three distinct golfer profiles – the heritage-inclined player who wants leather and boost foam, the performance-focused player who wants athletic construction and energy return, and the casual golfer who wants something they can wear on and off the course without overthinking it. It’s a deliberately tiered strategy and it’s well executed.
